ViaSat opens first Indian R&D facility in Chennai

CHENNAI: Satellite broadband services provider ViaSat Inc, today inaugurated its first Research and Development (R&D) facility in India in Chennai. With the new centre that spans over 30,000 sqft, the California based company which has a sales office in Delhi, is looking at strengthening its presence in the country and taping in to the available pool of engineering talent. The Chennai centre has the capacity to accommodate 125 engineers and is looking at hiring over 250 engineer ..
